Character.AI's pages do not say whether web prices include tax; it says the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay. Apple shows App Store prices with tax included everywhere except the US and Canada. Our table labels every price with its tax basis.

c.ai+ is billed monthly or yearly. Lite is billed monthly or weekly. Apple's App Store catalog lists the same periods: c.ai+ monthly and yearly, lite monthly and weekly.
If you subscribed in the app, manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; moving from lite to c.ai+ also goes through your store's plan-change flow. If you subscribed on the web, submit a request on the support page under Payments and purchases. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
It depends on where you bought. App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's or Google's refund policy and are requested from them. For web purchases, submit a request on Character.AI's support page under Payments and purchases.
