Poe says the widest choice of plans is on its website. If you cancel an app subscription and upgrade on poe.com before your app benefits end, Poe automatically refunds your remaining points.
Every Poe subscription lets you send far more messages than free users, use more of the best models and unlock each bot's maximum input size and chat history. Subscriptions also come with compute points, granted daily or monthly depending on the plan; unused points do not roll over unless stated.
Why do poe.com and the App Store show different plans?
Poe sells subscriptions on its website, in the App Store and in Google Play, and says the website has the most options: plans named by the points they include, billed monthly or yearly. The App Store has fewer options: there, Poe sells Basic and Plus, each monthly or yearly, and Apple's catalog ranks Plus above Basic. You can only upgrade to a larger plan that exists on the platform where you subscribed.
On poe.com, prices are shown in US dollars, and Poe says your final price may vary with regional taxes and currency conversion; subscriptions are charged plus tax where applicable. Apple shows App Store prices with tax included everywhere except the US and Canada. Our table labels every price with its tax basis.
Poe publishes the countries where its subscriptions are available on each platform. The App Store covers the most countries: in several, including Turkey, Thailand and Chile, Poe is sold in the App Store and Google Play but not on poe.com.
Cancel where you subscribed: on poe.com under Settings; on iPhone in the Settings app under your name, then Subscriptions; on Android in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep your benefits until then.
Poe says subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in its Refund Policy. If you subscribed on the web and are eligible, you request the refund from Poe; for App Store or Google Play subscriptions, Apple's or Google's refund policies apply.
